3. Content and Delays:

   • Timely provision of required content by the client is essential to adhere to project timelines. Any delay in content submission may result in project delays and, if applicable, a 10% late fee applied to the corresponding invoice.

4. Failure to Make Payment:

   • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or loss of access to project-related content. Outstanding balances that remain overdue will be forwarded to a collections agency.

5. Refunds:

   • The initial 40% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers costs associated with project initiation and planning. Refunds for the remaining balance are not provided after project completion.

6. Collection Process:

   • In the event of persistent non-payment, outstanding balances will be sent to a collections agency. The client is responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred during the collection process.

7. Client Responsibilities:

   • Clients are responsible for providing necessary content and feedback within the agreed-upon timelines. Delays on the client’s end may result in project delays and potential late fees.
